The mission of Bucks County Long Term Care Consortium is to improve the quality of life for Bucks County residents within the long term care continuum.
Formed in July, 1997, we are a non-profit, non-biased and non-partisan membership organization dedicated to spanning all levels of long term care in Bucks County. 
Our membership includes:
- hospitals
- skilled nursing facilities
- personal care homes
- assisted living communities
- transportation companies
- local physicians
- home health agencies
- personal service companies
- adult day care
- individual providers of medical and non-medical services to older adults in Bucks County.
