Making Healthcare Wishes Known
Talking about your healthcare wishes with your family can be difficult. 90% of the people feel that it is very important, but only 27% have actually done it. Please join this class to learn how to begin conversations with your family so they are aware of your wishes in the event that you are unable to make or communicate your choices. Save your family from the uncertainty, angst, disagreements and guilt that can complicate their lives when faced with making decisions when they don’t know what your wishes are. This class will also provide support in completing an Advances Directive that is ready for distribution to your healthcare agent, physician and hospital. You can make a big difference for your loved ones. You are never too young to begin planning. Every adult over 18 should have an Advance Directive. Join us to discuss the issues and complete an Advance Directive. Bring a family member along to start the conversation in a safe learning environment.
