Marilyn Pendelton is founder and CEO of Your Voice Heard, Inc., a non-profit established to innovatively and holistically synergize, energize and mobilize the lives of individuals. We offer emotional support for the over 40 plus losses people may experience utilizing The Grief Recovery Method® to promote emotional completeness and engages local, national and global partnerships. The company’s core values are Partnership. Integrity. Confidentiality. Kindness. Openness. Wellness. Transformation. Marilyn is a native of Philadelphia. She is a graduate of the Philadelphia High School for Girls, Widener University and is currently a student in Gwynedd Mercy University’s Accelerated Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership. Marilyn has held diverse team and leadership roles in health care, education, private and not for profit sectors. She possesses a unique perspective of how cumulative losses negatively impact a person’s satisfaction in life and personal development. Marilyn mentors youth and young adults, is a member of Dare to Imagine Church, a committee member of Dare to Imagine Your Career Community Development Corporation program, a board member of Access to Rowing and Paddling Philadelphia (AXS2RP), member of Philadelphia Girls Rowing Club and advisor to the National Alliance of Women Veterans Incorporated.Marilyn is the mother of Gregory Kristofor, an Eagle Scout, graduate of Penn Charter and Ursinus College. Her personal life, journey and faith motivates her to galvanize partnerships, positively impact the lives of others, and inspire others to move beyond their losses, empowering them to have their voice heard.
